We recently completed a high-quality Invisible Grills installation for Aparna Constructions in Hyderabad, with the primary goal of enhancing balcony safety while preserving scenic views for residents. The project required precision-based execution using stainless steel cables and advanced high-tension technology, ensuring that the solution was both secure and visually seamless across multiple residential towers.

One of the key challenges was working at high-rise elevations under strict safety protocols, while also customizing grill measurements to suit varied balcony designs. Our team had to maintain the structural integrity of the building without altering its aesthetics, all while meeting Aparna’s stringent quality standards within a tight timeline. Weather disruptions further added to the complexity of on-site installations.

To overcome these challenges, we deployed high-tensile SS316 cables engineered for multi-storey applications, carried out precise measurements with pre-fabrication before fittings, and ensured that no drilling was done on structural beams or walls. Trained technicians were assigned for every stage of execution, with thorough quality checks conducted at each level. Additionally, installation schedules were planned during favorable weather conditions, helping us deliver the project efficiently without compromising on safety or quality.
