Magic Arche successfully executed a premium ZIP screen installation project for Westin Hotel’s residential towers in Mindspace, Hyderabad. Designed to enhance guest comfort, this solution provided seamless protection against insects while allowing uninterrupted ventilation and panoramic views. The custom retractable screens were integrated across private balconies and terraces, ensuring safety, convenience, and a flawless blend with the property’s luxury aesthetics.

The project presented unique challenges, including meeting Westin’s uncompromising quality standards, designing custom fittings for non-standard window and door dimensions, and ensuring a whisper-quiet operation suitable for a hospitality environment. Additionally, coordinating the work to avoid guest disturbance and maintaining 5-star cleanliness protocols during installation demanded exceptional planning and execution.

To address these requirements, our team utilized German-engineered mesh fabric with a density of 500 holes per square inch, ensuring durability and protection. Precision laser measurements guaranteed perfect fittings, while whisper-quiet roller mechanisms with lifetime lubrication delivered smooth operation. Installations were strategically scheduled during low-occupancy periods in consultation with hotel management, supported by clean-room protocols and daily site clearance. Furthermore, staff were trained on the correct usage and maintenance of the ZIP screens, ensuring long-term performance aligned with the Westin’s luxury standards.
